Sample Management
At Sample Management we take delivery of and stock product samples either from you or your producer/supplier. We register them as inbound using the supplied documents (COAs and/or MSDSs).
Via the Customer Zone on our interactive website, secured with login and password, you have 24 hour access to an up-to-date overview of the samples thta are available to you.
If requested, we can also re-pack your (chemical) products in the correct packaging and label them with your product data and company logo.
We stock your products in a specially equipped warehouse for this purpose, and dispatch them in a simple delivery on demand worldwide.
You can also notify us of your dispatching details online.
Your customers and prospects soon receive a product sample that has been handled with the greatest of care.

Sample and product packaging
We re-pack and label products arriving in bulk, sack, box or drum into either a commercial or made-to-measure sample packaging.
It will meet your wishes to the letter and will reflect your company’s image.
Sample Storage
Your reference samples are stored in a highly secure manner for 3 years or otherwise as you might wish.
Once they have been registered in our database you have an online overview of them. Naturally, these reference samples are yours to withdraw whenever you wish.
We take care of the fact that you need not longer concern yourself with them.
Small revenue package sales
With its many years’ experience in packing and dispatching, Sample Network can take care of Small Revenue Package Sales.
In the case of test orders, your products are packed in the appropriate packaging, labelled and with the necessary documentation dispatched worldwide to your (potential) customers.
Should you request it, we can also take of the invoicing on the basis of the retail price provided by you. This alleviates any unnecessary strain on your ERP client database.
In this way you transform your small revenue package sales into an efficient profit centre.
